What to have on the desk
The call runs about 45 minutes. None of this needs to be polished; rough is fine, and missing is fine too.
- The outcome. One sentence: after this course, the learner can ______.
- Your expert’s name and the best two-hour window in their month.
- Source material. Slides, SOPs, manuals, an old recorded webinar, whatever exists.
- Your LMS and whether it wants SCORM 1.2 or 2004. Don’t know? We’ll find out.
- Your reviewers. Who signs off, and who sends the one consolidated set of comments.

Yes. You leave with a recommended package and a written fixed fee within two working days. No hourly meter starts.

Yes, at the Brighton 6th Street studio by appointment, or on a video call if your expert isn’t in New York.
